阿维A联合消银颗粒辅助窄谱中波紫外线对寻常型银屑病患者的疗效

Efficacy of Acitretin combined with Xiaoyin granules to assist narrow-band UVB on patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的:分析阿维A联合消银颗粒辅助窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow-band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:将2019年10月至2020年10月我院收治的66例寻常型银屑病患者,按照计算机分组法分成对照组与研究组(n=33)。对照组患者采用阿维A(10 mg,Bid)辅助NB-UAB进行治疗,研究组患者采用阿维A(10 mg,Bid)+口服消银颗粒(3.5 g,Tid)辅助NB-UAB,治疗8 w后比较两组患者的疗效,并采用酶联免疫吸附法测定患者血清炎症因子;采用银屑病皮损程度评分(Psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)评估患者疾病症状;采用皮肤病生活质量表(Dermatology quality of life scales,DQOLS)评估患者生活质量。结果:与治疗前相比,各治疗组患者血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL^(-1)2、INF-γ、IL^(-1)7、IL-22、IL-23指标以及疾病症状评分与生活质量评分均有所改善(P<0.05),其中研究组改善更为显著(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗优良率明显高于比对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阿维A联合消银颗粒辅助NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的效果较好,可有效改善疾病症状、提高生活质量,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Acitretin combined with Xiaoyin Granules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with Narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB).Methods:The 66 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into a control group and a study group(n=33)according to the computerized grouping method.Patients in the control group were treated with Acitretin(10 mg,Bid)as an adjuvant NB-UAB,and patients in the study group were treated with Acitretin(10 mg,Bid)+Xiaoyin granules(3.5 g,Tid orally)as an adjuvant NB-UAB.After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were compared,and the serum inflammatory factors were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay;the Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)was used to assess the disease symptoms of the patients;the skin disease quality of life scale was used(Dermatology quality of life scales,DQOLS)to assess the quality of life of patients.Results:Compared with pre-treatment,the serum TNF-α,IL-8,IL^(-1)2,INF-γ,IL^(-1)7,IL-22,IL-23 levels,PASI and DQOLS were significantly improved(P<0.05),of which the improvement in the study group was more significant(P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acitretin combined with Xiaoyin Granules assisted NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has a good effect,which can effectively improve the symptoms of the disease and improve the quality of life.It has promotion value.
