摘要
工匠精神对提升大学生职业素养具有重要价值,在职业素养教育中融入工匠精神,是满足新时代社会历史发展的普适性需要,也是适应用人单位选人用人的多元化需要,更是学生成长成才的规律性要求。针对当前大学生职业素养培育中存在的能力同质化、教育平庸化、过程机械化、效果表面化等问题,从专业性和综合性两方面建构了职业素养的结构体系,并从发展、授课、控制、评估方面提出了具体工作路径。
The spirit of craftsmanship is of great value to improving the professional quality of college students.Incorporating the spirit of craftsman into professional quality education is to meet the universal needs of the social and historical development of the new era,and it is also suitable for the diversified needs of employers in selecting and employing people.It is also a student requirements for growth and success.Aiming at the problems of homogeneity of abilities,mediocrity of education,process mechanization,and surface effect in the current cultivating of college students’professional literacy,a professional and comprehensive structural system of professional literacy has been constructed,and from development,teaching,control,In terms of evaluation,a specific work path was proposed.
