我国科技出版“走出去”路径规划与实施——以科学出版社为例 被引量:7

Path Planning and Implementation of"Going Global"for Science Publishing in China:Taking Science Press as An Example

摘要 介绍改革开放以来,科学出版社在出版"走出去"方面所做的工作和取得的成绩,主要聚焦在"走出去"的路径规划与具体实施上,即从"借船出海""造船出海"直至"买船出海"的跨越式发展。首先,加强国际合作,通过版权输出与合作出版等模式实现产品"走出去",一大批中国优秀的科技专著和期刊就此走向国际;其次,在海外从零自建分支机构,实现科学出版社品牌的"走出去",推动国际交流;第三,2019年11月完成了对法国科学传播出版社(EDP Sciences)的收购,完善国际化布局,搭建科技出版从"走出去"到"走进去"的桥梁,构筑出版国际化的"桥头堡"。未来,科学出版社将不断完善出版国际化布局,打造面向全球的现代化科技传播平台。 This article introduces the work and achievements of Science Press in"going global"since the reform and opening up, focusing mainly on the path planning and implementation of "going global". We have made leaps and bounds from"borrowing a ship to sail"(i.e., using international partners’ distribution channels), "building a ship to sail"(i.e., establishing our own international branches)all the way to"buying a ship to sail"(i.e., acquiring foreign publishers to achieve internationalization). Firstly, the company has strengthened international cooperation and achieved the export of its products through copyright export and co-publishing, and a large number of outstanding Chinese sci-tech monographs and journals have gone global in this way;secondly, the company has established its own branches overseas from scratch, realising the internationalization of Science Press brand and promoting international exchanges;thirdly, Science Press completed the acquisition of EDP Sciences in France in November 2019, improving Science Press’ international layout, building a bridge from"going out"to"going in"for science publishing, and constructing an international gateway. In the future, Science Press will continue to improve its international layout and build a modern global science communication platform.
