摘要
1工程意义顶管法施工技术无论是在理论研究、设备研发,还是在施工过程控制和工艺水准等方面,均已相对成熟。目前,已建成的最大顶管隧道均为2车道(宽度10 m左右)。随着城市的发展,2车道已无法满足城市快速路、主干道交通功能,需向更大、更高断面发展。嘉兴下穿南湖大道矩形顶管隧道宽度从10 m级别提升到15 m,开创了顶管法施工3车道隧道的先河。
1 Project significance The pipe jacking method has been relatively mature in theoretical research,construction technology,jacking equipment R&D or control and technological level during construction.However,the largest pipe-jacking tunnels are two-lane tunnels with a width of about 10 m so far.With urban development,two-lane roads can no longer meet the traffic functions of urban expressways and arterial roads,and larger and higher cross-sections are required.
