肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿运用升陷汤加减治疗的疗效及可行性分析

Efficacy and feasibility of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with emphysema using Shengxian Decoction

目的分析升陷汤加减治疗方案用于肺间质纤维化合并肺气肿(CPFE)治疗的临床疗效及可行性。方法抽取泰安市中医医院于2019年8月~2020年8月收诊的72例罹患CPFE的患者,采用随机数表法分组,每组36例。对照组36例采用常规治疗,观察组加用中药升陷汤加减方案治疗,对两组临床总有效率、肺功能指标进行对比。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.44%,显著高于对照组的69.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肺活量(VC)、肺总量(TLC)的预计值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VC、TLC预计值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对临床罹患CPFE的患者应用中药升陷汤加减治疗的有效率及肺功能改善效果理想,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and feasibility of Shengxian Decoction for the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis with emphysema(CPFE).Methods A total of 72 patients with CPFE admitted to Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into groups by random number table extraction.36 cases in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the addition and subtraction of the traditional Chinese medicine Shengxian Decoction.The total clinical effective rate and lung function were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94.44%)was higher than that of the control group(69.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the statistically recorded vital capacity(VC)and total lung capacity(TLC)predicted value data of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,the recorded VC and TLC predicted in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients suffering from CPFE clinically,the effect of using the traditional Chinese medicine Shengxian Decoction and the improvement of lung function is effective,and it has application and promotion value.
