基于巩固脱贫攻坚成果的农村居民心理健康服务体系的构建

The Construction of Rural Residents′Mental Health Service System to Consolidate Poverty Alleviation Achievements

当前,我国脱贫攻坚战虽然取得了全面胜利,完成了消除绝对贫困的艰巨任务,但在构建农村居民心理健康服务体系方面依然大有可为。其意义在于它是建设健康中国的必然要求,是全面建成小康社会的重要指标,也是实现乡村振兴的重要内容。针对当前农村居民存在的认知缺失、自我意识障碍、负面情绪明显、精神生活贫瘠等心理问题,不仅要搞清楚产生这些问题的原因,还要在将农民心理健康服务纳入顶层设计,引导民众正确认知贫困,进一步健全农民个体人格等方面做出更多努力,全面巩固和拓展脱贫攻坚成果。

Although China′s poverty alleviation battle has been a complete victory and the arduous task of eradicating absolute poverty has been achieved,there is still much to be done in building a mental health service system for rural residents.It is significant in that this service system is an necessary requirement for building a healthy China,an important indicator in building a well-off society in an all-round way,and a major task in realizing rural revitalization.In view of the current psychological problems of rural residents,such as cognitive deficiencies,disturbance of self-awareness,obvious negative emotions,and mental vacuity,not only should we uncover the reasons for these problems,but also make more efforts to incorporate farmers′mental health services into the top-level design,navigate their understanding of poverty,and further improve their personal characters,so as to consolidate and expand the fruits of poverty alleviation in a comprehensive way.
