体外冲击波治疗腕管综合征的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 腕管综合征是指正中神经在腕管中受到卡压出现感觉异常与运动障碍的一组综合征。重度腕管综合征或保守治疗无效的患者多采用手术干预加速患者康复。而轻度和中度腕管综合征患者可行体外冲击波疗法、夹板固定、非甾体抗炎药、神经营养药、局部注射类固醇激素和超声波等保守治疗。体外冲击波疗法作为一种安全有效、非侵入性、并发症少的康复方法,近些年被越来越多地利用其特性治疗腕管综合征,康复效果良好。本文就体外冲击波治疗腕管综合征相关研究进展展开综述。 Carpal tunnel syndrome is a group of syndromes in which the median nerve is entrapped in the carpal tunnel,resulting in sensory abnormalities and dyskinesia.Patients with severe carpal tunnel syndrome or ineffective conservative treatment often use surgical intervention.The patients with mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome can be treated conservatively with extracorporeal shock wave therapy,splint fixation,non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,neurotrophic drugs,local injection of steroids and ultrasonic therapy.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy as a safe and effective,non-invasive,less complications treatment method,in recent years,more and more use of its characteristics in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome,and achieved good results.In this paper,the research progress of extracorporeal shock wave therapy for carpal tunnel syndrome is reviewed.
