邻香兰素-L-半胱氨酸过渡金属配合物的合成、表征及抗O_2 ^-活性研究

SYNTHESIS,CHARACTERIZATION AND BIO-ACTIVITY OF TRANSITIONAL METAL COMPLEXES OF (O-VANILLYLIDENE)-L-CYSTEINE

采用分步合成法合成了以邻香兰素-L-半胱氨酸席夫碱为配体的铜、锌、钴、镍配合物,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外光谱和红外光谱等进行了表征。并对配体及配合物的清除超氧阴离子自由基O-.2的性能进行了测试。

A new schiff base derived from ovanillin and Lcysteine and their Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) complexes were synthesized.The complexes were characterized by element analysis,electrical conductions,UV spectra,FTIR spectra.The bioactivity of ligand and their complexes have been studied.Results have shown that ligand may inhibit the formation of BO-.2.Zn(Ⅱ) complexes display remarkable activity of inhibiting the formation of O-.2.
