海南蒲桃扦插育苗试验

Cutting & Seedling Raising of Syzygium hainanense

为探索不同处理方法对海南蒲桃扦插繁殖的影响,以海南蒲桃优树枝条为扦插材料,比较了不同生根剂、插穗年龄和扦插季节等对扦插生根及生长的影响。结果表明:选取1年生半木质化、长度15 cm左右的插穗,保留上部1/3叶片,以200 mg•L^(-1) NAA处理插穗生根效果较好,平均生根率可达92.44%,平均生根数量为16.66条•株^(-1),平均根长为18.43 cm,根系指数为17.10,根系效果指数为15.81。

In order to explore the effects of different treatments on cutting propagation of Syzygium hainanense,one-year-old semi-lignified 15 cm-long branches with the upper 1/3 leaves reserved as cutting materials.The effects of different rooting agent,cutting age&cutting season on the rooting&growth of cuttings were discussed respectively.Result shows that the cuttings with a length of about 15 cm and semi-lignified for one year were selected,and the upper 1/3 of the leaves were retained.The rooting effect of the cuttings treated with 200 mg•L^(-1) NAA was better,with an average rooting rate of 92.44%and an average number of roots of 16.66.The average root length is 18.43 cm,the root system index is 17.10,and the effect index of the root system is 15.81.
