高职教育现代学徒制项目双导师教学团队建设研究

Research on the Construction of Double Tutor Teaching Team in Modern Apprenticeship Project of Higher Vocational Education

双导师教学团队建设对于高职院校的人才培养至关重要,现代学徒制项目双导师教学团队建设是该项目成功与否的关键。在厘清高职教育、现代学徒制、双导师内涵的基础上,确定双导师团队成员选拔标准,构建现代学徒制项目双导师团队建设体系,以三峡旅游职业技术学院酒店管理专业开展的现代学徒制项目进行实证研究,优选4家现代学徒制合作企业,选拔校企双方现代学徒制双导师团队成员,共建双导师建设团队,通过开展结对工作,双导师交流活动等,促进现代学徒制项目的顺利完成。研究对于高职教育现代学徒制项目双导师教学团队建设提供有益的借鉴。

The construction of double tutor teaching team is very important for talent training in higher vocational colleges and the construction of double tutor teaching team of modern apprenticeship project is the key to the success of the project.Firstly,the research clarifies the relevant connotation of higher vocational education,modern apprenticeship and double tutor,determines the selection criteria of double tutor team members,and constructs the double tutor team construction system of modern apprenticeship project.Then it makes an empirical study on the modern apprenticeship project carried out by the hotel management major of Three Gorges Tourism Polytechnic College.Four modern apprenticeship cooperative enterprises are preferred.Afterwards,we select members of the modern apprenticeship double tutor team from schools and enterprises to build a double tutor team and carry out double tutor practice activities through pairing and double tutor exchange activities to promote the smooth completion of modern apprenticeship projects.The research provides a useful reference for the construction of double tutor teaching team in modern apprenticeship project of higher vocational education.
