我国养老金融发展趋势及对策研究

Research on the Development Trend and Countermeasures of China’s Pension Finance

我国养老金融在政府和市场的共同作用下进入新的发展阶段,城乡居民养老基金归集和投资运行需求越来越多,养老服务金融和养老产业金融发展迅速,人口老龄化趋势长期存在,养老金融市场前景广阔。然而,我国养老金融发展仍面临着很多挑战与制约因素。在厘清养老金融基本概念的基础,从政治支持、经济环境、社会发展和网络技术四个方面分析了当前我国养老金融面临的挑战及原因,接着从养老金融资产规模、服务空间需求、产业政策配套等方面剖析了我国养老金融未来发展趋势,最后从持续完善养老金结构、助推养老金社会化发放、提高养老金资产管理效率、增进政策扶持、培育和壮大养老金融市场等方面,探讨了我国养老金融发展的对策。

China’s pension finance has entered a new stage of development under the joint action of the government and the market.As there are more and more demands for the collection and investment operation of pension funds for urban and rural residents,and Pension service finance and pension industry finance have been developing rapidly.The trend of aging population has existed for a long time,so the pension market has a broad prospect.However,the development of China’s pension finance is still facing many challenges and constraints.Starting from clarifying the basic concept of pension finance,this paper not only analyzes the challenges and reasons of China’s pension finance from four aspects of political support,economic environment,social development and network technology,but also its future development trend from the aspects of pension financial asset scale,service space demand and industrial policy support.And finally this paper discusses the countermeasures for the development of China’s pension finance from the following aspects:keeping upgrading the pension structure,promoting the socialization of pension,improving the efficiency of pension asset management,enhancing policy support and cultivating and expanding the pension financial market,etc.
