牙齿缺失患者行即刻种植牙法及常规种植牙法的疗效对比

Efficacy comparison of immediate dental implant and conventional dental implant in patients with tooth loss

目的对比即刻种植牙法与常规种植牙法对牙齿缺失患者的临床疗效。方法96例牙齿缺失患者,根据义齿种植方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组应用常规种植牙法,观察组应用即刻种植牙法。对比两组患者不同时间点的种植体稳定系数(ISQ)值、修复成功率、并发症发生率与治疗满意度评分。结果治疗后1、3、6个月,观察组患者ISQ值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者修复成功率95.83%高于对照组的79.17%,并发症发生率2.08%低于对照组的18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对牙齿美观度、牙齿生理功能及医护人员业务水平的满意度评分分别为(93.54±4.68)、(94.58±4.98)、(92.34±5.64)分,均高于对照组的(77.26±5.34)、(76.68±4.41)、(81.05±6.24)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规种植牙法,牙齿缺失患者应用即刻种植牙法更利于提高修复成功率和种植体的稳定性,减少并发症的发生,值得大力推广。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of immediate dental implant and conventional dental implant in patients with tooth loss.Methods A total of 96 patients with tooth loss were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different methods of dental implantation,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional dental implant,and the observation group received immediate dental implant.The implant stability quotient(ISQ)at different time points,success rate of restoration,complication rate,treatment satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results After 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the ISQ of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of restoration 95.83%of the observation group was higher than 79.17%of the control group,and the complication rate 2.08%was lower than 18.75%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the patients for dental aesthetics,dental physiological function,and the level of medical personnel in the observation group were(93.54±4.68),(94.58±4.98),and(92.34±5.64)points,respectively,which were higher than(77.26±5.34),(76.68±4.41),and(81.05±6.24)points of the patients in the control group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional dental implant,the immediate dental implant is more conducive to improve the success rate of restoration and the stability of the implant,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
