氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年冠心病合并高血压患者的效果观察

Effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension

目的观察氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年冠心病合并高血压患者的临床效果。方法89例老年冠心病合并高血压患者,按照治疗方案不同分为研究组(47例)和对照组(42例)。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合厄贝沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的73.81%(31/42),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.556,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组SBP、DBP水平分别为(124.38±6.85)、(77.81±4.42)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),低于对照组的(136.75±7.21)、(86.20±4.63)mm Hg,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.030,P>0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年冠心病合并高血压效果显著,有利于调节患者血压水平,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with irbesartan on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods A total of 89 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension were divided into research group(47 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with amlodipine,and the research group was treated with irbesartan based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than 73.81%(31/42)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.556,P<0.05).After treatment,the SBP and DBP of the research group were(124.38±6.85)and(77.81±4.42)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),which were significantly lower than(136.75±7.21)and(86.20±4.63)mm Hg of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.030,P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of amlodipine and irbesartan has significant effect on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension,and it is beneficial to regulate the blood pressure level of patients without increase of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
