复方牙痛酊联合浓替硝唑含漱液治疗牙周炎的效果

The effect of Fufang Yatongding combined with concentrated tinidazole gargle in the treatment of periodontitis

目的分析复方牙痛酊联合浓替硝唑含漱液治疗牙周炎的效果。方法80例牙周炎患者为研究对象,以治疗方案差异分为单一组和联合组,各40例。单一组给予浓替硝唑含漱液,联合组在单一组的治疗基础上增加复方牙痛酊联合治疗。对比两组治疗前后牙周炎炎症指标及治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组龈沟液中C反应蛋白(9.53±2.15)mg/L低于单一组的(11.16±3.84)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为95.00%高于单一组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方牙痛酊联合浓替硝唑含漱液治疗牙周炎,疗效显著,可有效降低患者的炎症反应,快速缓解患者症状,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of Fufang Yatongding combined with concentrated tinidazole gargle in the treatment of periodontitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with periodontitis as study subjects,and were divided into single group and combination group according to different treatment regimens,with 40 cases in each group.The single group was treated with concentrated tinidazole gargle,and the combination group added Fufang Yatongding on the basis of the treatment of single group.The periodontitis inflammation indexes before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the C-reactive protein(9.53±2.15)mg/L in the gingival crevicular fluid of the combination group was lower than(11.16±3.84)mg/L in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 95.00%in the combination group,which was higher than that of the single group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Fufang Yatongding and concentrated tinidazole gargle has significant efficacy on the treatment of periodontitis,and it can effectively reduce the inflammation of patients and quickly relieve their symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
