克罗米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗不孕不育的价值

The value of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility

目的分析克罗米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗不孕不育的价值。方法100例不孕不育患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各50例。观察组使用克罗米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,对照组单独使用克罗米芬治疗。对两组患者追踪随访1年,比较两组治疗效果、排卵率及妊娠率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的排卵率96.00%、妊娠率72.00%均高于对照组的74.00%、40.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕不育患者使用克罗米芬联合人绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗能够取得较好的治疗效果,可以有效提高患者的排卵率及妊娠率。

Objective To analyze the value of clomiphene combined with human chorionic gonadotropin in the treatment of infertility.Methods A total of 100 cases of infertility patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with clomiphene and human chorionic gonadotropin,and the control group was treated with clomiphene alone.After 1 year of follow-up,the therapeutic effect,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of 96.00%and pregnancy rate of 72.00%in the observation group were higher than 74.00%and 40.00%in the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of clomiphene and human chorionic gonadotropin has better therapeutic effect on patients with infertility,and it can effectively improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of patients.
