奥利司他胶囊联合西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of orlistat capsule combined with sitagliptin phosphate/metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探究奥利司他胶囊联合西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法68例已确诊的肥胖型2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,以单双数字法分为实验组及参照组,各34例。参照组予以单一口服西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗,实验组在参照组的基础上加用奥利司他胶囊联合治疗。对比两组治疗前后的体质量指数、血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血脂指标(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇)水平。结果治疗后,实验组患者的体质量指数(27.14±0.13)kg/m^(2)、空腹血糖(5.35±1.03)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(7.51±1.29)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(5.13±0.14)%、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(2.13±0.13)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.82±0.28)mmol/L、总胆固醇(5.34±1.41)mmol/L均低于参照组的(28.10±0.41)kg/m^(2)、(6.38±1.13)mmol/L、(8.33±1.85)mmol/L、(6.13±1.20)%、(2.52±0.59)mmol/L、(2.58±0.21)mmol/L、(6.10±1.64)mmol/L,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.42±0.39)mmol/L高于参照组的(1.08±0.26)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用奥利司他胶囊联合西格列汀二甲双胍片治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的疗效确切且安全性高,可有效改善血糖、血脂水平,在降低肥胖患者体质量指数的同时,对其预后提供了有利的条件,以达到提升整体治疗效果的目的,建议临床进一步推广并应用此治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of orlistat capsule combined with sitagliptin phosphate/metformin hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 68 patients with obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus as study subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and reference group according to odd and even number method,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with sitagliptin phosphate/metformin hydrochloride tablets alone,and the experimental group was treated with orlistat capsule based on the reference group.The levels of body mass index,blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin),and blood lipid indexes(highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglycerides,total cholesterol)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the body mass index(27.14±0.13)kg/m^(2),fasting blood glucose(5.35±1.03)mmol/L,2 h postprandial glucose(7.51±1.29)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(5.13±0.14)%,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(2.13±0.13)mmol/L,triglycerides(1.82±0.28)mmol/L,and total cholesterol(5.34±1.41)mmol/L of the experimental group were all lower than(28.10±0.41)kg/m^(2),(6.38±1.13)mmol/L,(8.33±1.85)mmol/L,(6.13±1.20)%,(2.52±0.59)mmol/L,(2.58±0.21)mmol/L,(6.10±1.64)mmol/L of the reference group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.42±0.39)mmol/L was higher than(1.08±0.26)mmol/L of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of orlistat capsule and sitagliptin phosphate/metformin hydrochloride tablets has definite efficacy and safety in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid levels,reduce the body mass index of obese patients,and provide favorable conditions for their prognosis,so as to improve the overall treatment effect.It is suggested that this treatment scheme should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
