化瘀通脉汤联合丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of Huayu Tongmai Decoction combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of ischemic stroke

目的分析化瘀通脉汤联合丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法68例缺血性脑卒中患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组34例。对照组患者给予常规治疗联合丁苯酞治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合中药化瘀通脉汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后脑神经功能缺损、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量评分及治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者脑神经功能缺损、肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者脑神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,肢体运动功能、日常生活能力、生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.06%(33/34),高于对照组的82.35%(28/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.88%(2/34),低于对照组的23.53%(8/34),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者采用化瘀通脉汤联合丁苯酞进行治疗,可进一步提升临床治疗效果,减轻患者脑神经功能缺损程度,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者肢体运动功能、日常生活能力,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huayu Tongmai Decoction combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 68 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment combined with butylphthalide,and the observation group was added with Huayu Tongmai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The cerebral neurological deficits,limb motor function,activities of daily living,quality of life scores before and after treatment,therapeutic effects,and occurrence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of cerebral neurological deficits,limb motor function,activities of daily living and quality of life scores(P>0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group had lower cerebral neurological deficit scores than the control group,and higher limb motor function,activities of daily living,and quality of life scores than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment for patients in the observation group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 82.35%(28/34)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%(2/34)in the observation group,which was lower than 23.53%(8/34)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Huayu Tongmai Decoction and butylphthalide for patients with ischemic stroke can further improve the clinical effect,reduce the degree of cerebral neurological deficits,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve limb motor function,activities of daily living and quality of life of patients.
