中药药浴联合紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨中药药浴联合紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法80例寻常型银屑病患者,根据治疗模式的差异分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组实施紫外线照射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中药药浴治疗。比较两组各项症状评分、治疗效果及寻常型银屑病复发情况。结果治疗后,两组患者红斑、浸润、皮损面积、鳞屑评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组红斑、浸润、皮损面积、鳞屑评分分别为(0.31±0.12)、(0.31±0.120)、(0.32±0.12)、(0.32±0.16)分,均低于对照组的(1.24±0.14)、(1.52±0.16)、(1.12±0.12)、(1.13±0.11)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组寻常型银屑病复发率为2.50%低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病患者采用紫外线照射治疗联合中药药浴治疗可更好改善患者症状,降低疾病的复发率,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with ultraviolet irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of treatment mode,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultraviolet irradiation,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath on the basis of the control group.The symptom scores,therapeutic effects and recurrence of psoriasis vulgaris were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the erythema,infiltration,lesion area and scale score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the erythema,infiltration,lesion area and scale score in the observation group were(0.31±0.12),(0.31±0.120),(0.32±0.12)and(0.32±0.16)points respectively,which were lower than(1.24±0.14),(1.52±0.16),(1.12±0.12)and(1.13±0.11)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 100.00%in the observation group was higher than 77.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of psoriasis vulgaris 2.50%in the observation group was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine bath and ultraviolet irradiation can better improve the symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,which is worthy of promotion.
