快速康复训练在行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of rapid rehabilitation training in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

目的观察快速康复训练在行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者中的应用效果。方法94例行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。手术后,对照组未进行康复训练,观察组患者进行快速康复训练。对比两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率为6.38%,其中吻合口狭窄1例、尿失禁1例和勃起功能障碍1例;对照组患者的并发症发生率为21.28%,其中吻合口狭窄3例、尿漏2例、尿失禁3例和勃起功能障碍2例。观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者中应用快速康复训练,能够降低行腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者术后并发症发生率,有利于患者术后康复,从而提高治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进行广泛的推广和应用。

Objective To observe the practical effect of rapid rehabilitation training in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 94 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy as study subjects were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.After operation,the control group did not recee rehabilitation training,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation training.The postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of patients in the observation group was 6.38%,including 1 case of anastomotic stricture,1 case of urinary incontinence and 1 case of erectile dysfunction.The complication rate of patients in the control group was 21.28%,including 3 cases of anastomotic stricture,2 cases of urinary leakage,3 cases of urinary incontinence and 2 cases of erectile dysfunction.The complication rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation training can reduce the postoperative complication rates in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy,which is conducive to the postoperative recovery of patients,thus improving the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of wide promotion and application in clinical practice.
