快速康复外科理念在卵巢癌术后康复中的应用

Application of fast-track surgery concept in postoperative rehabilitation of ovarian cancer

目的研究分析卵巢癌术后采用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法100例卵巢癌术后患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采取常规康复理念指导康复,观察组患者采取快速康复外科理念指导康复。比较两组患者第一次进食时间、排便时间、排气时间、住院时间、并发症发生率、满意度。结果观察组患者第一次进食时间、排便时间、排气时间、住院时间分别为(9.12±1.34)h、(2.13±0.45)d、(1.44±0.43)d、(3.92±1.11)d,均短于对照组的(23.55±4.13)h、(3.78±0.76)d、(2.55±0.68)d、(5.89±1.23)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率2%明显低于对照组的14%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027<0.05)。观察组患者满意度88%明显高于对照组的68%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.828,P=0.016<0.05)。结论卵巢癌术后患者采用快速康复外科理念指导康复能够加速患者康复速度,减少术后并发症的发生,患者满意度较高,因此值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of fast-track surgery concept in postoperative rehabilitation of ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients treated with ovarian cancer surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group adopted the conventional rehabilitation concept,and patients in the observation group adopted the fast-track surgery concept.The first feeding time,defecation time,exhaust time,hospitalization time,complication rate,and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The first feeding time,defecation time,exhaust time,hospitalization time of the observation group were(9.12±1.34)h,(2.13±0.45)d,(1.44±0.43)d and(3.92±1.11)d,which were shorter than(23.55±4.13)h,(3.78±0.76)d,(2.55±0.68)d and(5.89±1.23)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 2%in the observation group was significantly lower than 14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.891,P=0.027<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate 88%in the observation group was significantly higher than that 68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.828,P=0.016<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery concept for patients with ovarian cancer surgery can speed up patients’recovery,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.It has high patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
