摘要
北京大兴国际机场航站楼卫星厅地下工程C50 P8大体积混凝土底板项目,通过计算出机温度及绝热温升验证了配合比的实用性,采用"双掺"矿物掺合料、使用缓凝型减水剂等方式解决了大体积混凝土水化热高、易发生裂缝等问题,满足了C50 P8的要求,确保了工程质量。
C50 P8 mass concrete slab project of the underground engineering of the Satellite Hall of Beijing Daxing international airport terminal building,the practicability of the mixing ratio was verified by calculating the out-of-mixer temperature and the adiabatic temperature rise,the problems of high hydration heat and easy cracking of mass concrete were solved by using double-mixing of mineral admixtures and retardation type water reducing agent,which met the requirements of C50 P8 and ensured the engineering quality.
