摘要
预填骨料混凝土是指先将粗骨料填充在模板中,振实后用配制的砂浆填满骨料间的空隙而形成的混凝土。用5~25 mm的小粒径骨料代替水利工程中大粒径粗骨料,配制预填骨料混凝土并研究其抗压强度。结果表明,预填骨料混凝土抗压强度随龄期增加而增大,其28 d抗压强度随水胶比的增大而减小,随复合型外加剂掺量的增加而增大;掺加粉煤灰会降低预填骨料混凝土的早期抗压强度,提高其后期抗压强度;预填骨料混凝土在最佳细砂值时抗压强度最大。
Coarse aggregate was filled in the template in advance and the gap between aggregates was filled by mortar after vibration,which produced the pre-filled aggregate concrete.Aggregates with small particle size of 5-25 mm were used to replace coarse aggregates in water conservancy project to prepare pre-filled aggregate concrete,and its compressive strength was studied.The results showed that:the compressive strength of pre-filled aggregate concrete increased with the increase of concrete age;the compressive strength 28 days later decreased with the increase of water-binder ratio,and improved with the increase of compound admixture content;fly ash reduced the early compressive strength of pre-filled aggregate concrete and improved its later compressive strength;the compressive strength was the largest when the fine sand value was the most suitable.
