摘要
北京市海淀区某装配式建筑项目转换层施工中,因预留预埋及钢筋定位精准度较差影响了施工进度和工程质量。经分析制订了斜支撑套筒预埋、主筋定位控制要点;通过制作钢筋整位钢板、定位并在混凝土浇筑过程中采取成品保护等措施,解决了主筋及预埋件偏位问题,提高了构件安装效率。
In the construction of transfer layer of a prefabricated building project in Haidian District of Beijing,the construction progress and engineering quality were affected by the poor accuracy of reserved burying and steel bar positioning.The key points of pre-buried inclined support sleeve and positioning control of main reinforcement were formulated;by making steel integral plate,positioning and adopting finished product protection in concrete pouring process,the deviation of main reinforcement and embedded parts was solved,and the installation efficiency of components was improved.
