重视制度反腐以加强党的廉政建设是中国共产党全面从严治党的重要抓手。反腐败制度建设一直贯穿于党领导中国人民进行革命、建设及改革的百年历程,经历了探索与起步、发展与挫折、调整与变革及推进与创新等四个重要历史阶段。百年来党的反腐败制度建设体现了人民性与责任本位的价值取向、多维关联协作的基本策略、科学运转的动力机制等内在逻辑。在百年来反腐败制度建设的探索中,中国共产党逐渐形成了以人民为根本、以廉政为追求、以制度为保障、以抓住"关键少数"为重点的制度反腐经验,为新时代推进全面从严治党提供了价值参考。

Attaching importance to institutional anti-corruption so as to improve Party integrity is anbreakthrough in the full and strict governance over the Party.The construction of anti-corruption sys-tem has been running through the 100-year course of revolution,construction and reform led by the Par-ty,and has gone through four important historical stages:exploration and start,development and set-back,adjustment and change,and promotion and innovation.The anti-corruption system constructionof the Party in the past century embodies the intrinsic logic such as the people-centred and responsibili-ty-based value orientation,the basic strategy of multidimensional association and cooperation,and thedynamic mechanism of scientific operation.In the centennial exploration of anti-corruption system con-struction,the Communist Party of China has gradually formed the experience of institutional anti-cor-ruption with people as the foundation,clean government as the pursuit,system as the guarantee and"key minority"as the focus,which provides a value reference for promoting the full and strict gover-nance over the Party in the new era.
