鼻咽癌高发于中国南部地区,来源于鼻咽被覆上皮,其中占大多数的低分化癌对放疗有着很高的敏感性。弥散加权成像是磁共振功能成像中的一种,表观弥散系数(ADC)作为其中的一项准确的定量指标,近年来得到广泛应用。本综述纳入国内外多篇文献,旨在探讨核磁共振弥散加权成像中ADC值在鼻咽癌诊断中的应用情况。

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is endemic in southern China,from the epithelium of the nasopharynx,most of them are poorly differentiated cancers which are highly sensitive to radiotherapy.As one of the functional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)can be applied to the diagnosis of multiple diseases,and NPC is also included.Apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)is a quantitative index derived from DWI,and has been widely used in recent years.This paper reviews the important literatures published at home and abroad recently,aiming to explore the application of ADC value of DWI in the diagnosis of NPC.
