摘要
采用细菌进行L-乳酸的发酵生产。研究了不同发酵条件下合适的碳源浓度、氮源浓度、接种量。确定最佳发酵条件为/g·L-1∶玉米糖化液100,麸皮20、麦根20、玉米浆30,接种量为10%,37℃下,发酵72h产酸为82.1g/L。施光性鉴定为L-乳酸。
The fermentation conditions were studied.Different nitrogen sources were added to the media such as corn steep liquor,wheat bran and root of malt and it showed that the optimum condition of fermentation was 20 g/L wheat bran,20 g/L root of malt and 30 g/L corn steep liquor,100 g/L glucose 37 ℃,the production had relation with inoculation volume,tyhebeat inoculation is 10%.The fermentation period was 72 h,and the production was 82.1 g/L it is udeful to produce Llactic acid in industry.
