摘要
采用动态硫化法制备了树脂/有机硅橡胶共混物,比较了分别以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯和热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)制备的共混物的力学性能、微观形貌、表面性能和热性能。结果表明:与树脂基体相比,共混物的力学性能都会出现不同程度的下降,橡塑比越大下降得越明显,其中,硅橡胶加入量大于50%(w),TPEE/有机硅橡胶共混物的力学性能下降最明显,共混物中TPEE/有机硅橡胶的硬度最小;由于硅橡胶与水的极性存在差异,共混物的疏水性出现了不同程度的增强,其中,HDPE基共混物的静态水接触角最大,增加了21.2°;共混物的耐热性能都得到了提高。
Resin/silicone rubber blends were prepared via dynamic vulcanization method.The mechanical properties,micromorphology,surface properties and thermal properties of blends prepared by high density polyethylene(HDPE),low density polyethylene,polypropylene and thermoplastic polyester elastomer(TPEE)were compared respectively.The results show that the mechanical properties of the blends decrease compared with those of matrix resins,particularly those with higher rubber-to-plastic ratio.The mechanical properties of TPEE/silicone rubber blends decrease most and the hardness is the smallest when the mass fraction of silicone rubber is larger than 50%.The hydrophobic properties of the blends are improved thanks to the huge difference between the polarity of silicone rubber and water,among which,the static water contact angle of the HDPEbased blend is increased up to 21.2°.The heat resistance of all the blends are improved.
