摘要
通过分析热塑性冷热水管道国家标准,研究热塑性冷热水管材的长期静液压强度水平,对比了在20℃/50年、70℃/50年和典型的多温度使用条件下各类型管道的使用特点。结果表明:聚1-丁烯管道的常、高温长期使用性能最优,嵌段共聚聚丙烯管道的常、高温长期使用性能较差,结晶改善型无规共聚聚丙烯管道和耐热聚乙烯Ⅱ型管道的常、高温长期使用综合性能较好。
The long-term hydrostatic strength of thermoplastic hot and cold water pipe materials are analyzed according to the national standards for thermoplastic hot and cold water pipes.The characteristics of various types of pipelines are compared in terms of 20℃/50 years,70℃/50 years and typical multi-temperature application conditions.The results show that poly(1-butene)pipe performs best in long-term use at normal and high temperatures,while polypropylene block pipe performs poorly at the similar conditions;the comprehensive performance of polypropylene of creep and temperature resistance and polyethylene of raised temperatureⅡare better in long-term use at normal and high temperatures.
