摘要
综述了发泡热塑性聚氨酯(ETPU)和乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的研究进展以及作为运动鞋中底材料的应用情况。调整原料配比可以生产不同密度和不同功能的的发泡材料,通过改进成型方法可使采用EVA和ETPU制造的运动鞋中底成本更低。
This paper reviews the research progress of expanded thermoplastic polyurethane(ETPU)and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)and their application in midsole materials.Foaming materials with different densities and functions can be developed by adjusting the components’ratio in feedstock.The costs of athletic shoes’midsole made by EVA and ETPU are cut down by upgrading molding methods.
