摘要
基于符合巴哈大赛规则的前提下,以Z14巴哈赛车作为研究对象,运用UG进行三维建模,ANSYS对制动踏板进行拓扑优化,设计出一款轻量化最优、零部件装配合理、前后制动力可自行调节的制动系统,设计后的制动踏板为190g,为赛车的设计提供参考意义。
Based on the premise of meeting the rules of Baja Race,taking Z14 Baja racing car as the research object,using UG for three-dimensional modeling,ANSYS for brake pedal topology optimization is studied,designing a lightweight optimal braking system with reasonable parts assembly,braking force before and after self-adjustment.The designed brake pedal is 190G,providing a reference for the design of racing car.
