四轮车轻量化设计与制作

摘要 汽车的轻量化能减小动力传动系统负荷,提高汽车的操控性,并能增加新能源汽车的续航里程,是当前汽车技术的研究热点。本文以新能源四轮汽车为基础,在结构轻量化、材料轻量化以及轻量化材料加工方面进行研究,针对车架结构、悬架系统、转向系统和制动系统等方面进行了相应优化设计,并采用有限元分析模拟了车架的强度和刚度,制作了一辆轻量化纯电动四轮汽车。制作的四轮车辆经过路试,在百米加速用时上和长距离行驶能耗方面大大减少。本作品设计中的车辆新结构、新材料和新工艺,具有技术前瞻性,对新能源汽车行业发展具有一定的学术价值。 The lightweight of automobiles can reduce the load of the power transmission system,improve the maneuverability of the automobile,and increase the cruising range of new energy vehicles,which is the current research hotspot of automobile technology.Based on the new energy four-wheeled vehicle,this paper conducts research on structural lightweight,material lightweight,and lightweight material processing,and optimizes the design of the frame structure,suspension system,steering system and braking system.And using finite element analysis to simulate the strength and stiffness of the frame,a lightweight pure electric four-wheel vehicle was produced.The four-wheeled vehicle produced has undergone a road test and has greatly reduced energy consumption in terms of 100-meter acceleration and long-distance driving.The new vehicle structure,new materials,and new technology in the design of this work are technologically forward-looking and have certain academic value for the development of the new energy automobile industry.
