摘要
本文基于商用车半主动悬架开发及应用现状,提出了技术路线、实现路径,差异性方法探索的半主动悬架开发方法,结合开发方法进行了实践。在多工况试验下,半主动悬架对车辆平顺性较传统悬架提升10%提上。本文所进行的研究和实践对于商用车智能化悬架的开发及应用有一定的借鉴性。
According to the status quo that semi-active suspension system isn’t applied and developed well to the commercial vehicle,and the new method including technical and materialization details and careful contrast enable it easier to effectuate.Standards in vehicles’ride comfort have improved 10%compared to traditional system,which were manifested in the experimentations under different conditions.The main findings of the research would be useful to investigation of commercial vehicles’intelligent suspension system.
