摘要
飞速发展的汽车工业与消费者对汽车座椅舒适性需求的提升,使汽车座椅舒适性成为汽车开发和消费者选购举足轻重的考量指标之一。舒适性是一种主观感受,无法量化且因人而异,因此,汽车制造商在座椅开发过程中,如何科学有效地进行舒适性评价并兼顾到绝大多数的用户体验就显得尤为重要。本文从不舒适的机理和感官评价理论两大方面阐述了静态舒适性感官评价技术,旨在帮助汽车制造商或座椅制造商提升座椅舒适性评价的有效性和专业性。
The rapid development of the automobile industry and the increasing consumer demand for car seat comfort have made car seat comfort one of the most important considerations for car development and consumer purchase.Comfort is a subjective feeling that cannot be quantified and varies from person to person.Therefore,it is particularly important for automakers to scientifically and effectively evaluate comfort while taking into account the vast majority of user experience during the seat development process.This article expounds the static comfort sensory evaluation technology from two aspects of discomfort mechanism and sensory evaluation theory,aiming to help automobile manufacturers or seat manufacturers improve the effectiveness and professionalism of seat comfort evaluation.
