乡村旅游开发中社区旅游从业能力提升机制研究

Research on the Mechanism of Improving the Ability of Community Tourism in Rural Tourism Development

乡村旅游开发地区社区居民是否能够有效参与到旅游服务中来,是乡村旅游开发成效的关键所在。通过对保山百花岭、红河他撒村两个乡村旅游开发地的实地调研,发现云南此类地区普遍存在文化基础差、缺乏有效劳动力、缺乏技能等问题,成为了制约乡村旅游发展的瓶颈。为此,需要建立政府保障机制,建立针对乡村旅游社区参与从业人员的服务技能培训体系,为社区旅游服务从业能力的提升提供持续有效地保障。

Whe ther the community residents in the rural tourism development area can participate in the tourism service effectively is the key to the effect of rural tourism development.Through the field investigation of two rural tourism development sites in Baoshan Baihualing and Honghe Tasa Village,it is found that such areas in Yunnan generally have problems such as poor cultural foundation,lack of effective labor force and lack of skills,which have become the bottleneck restricting the development of rural tourism.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a government guarantee mechanism and a service skill training system for the rural tourism community practitioners,so as to provide a sustainable and effective guarantee for the improvement of the community tourism service ability.
