海洋平台往复式压缩机橇振动分析边界选取的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 以某海洋平台往复式压缩机组为例,通过ANSYS软件对比分析往复式压缩机橇不同约束边界条件下振动响应.分析结果表明:在以海洋平台组块腿为边界基准,以海洋平台立柱为边界,其振动分析结果误差较小,且计算量较小,可为海洋平台往复式压缩机橇振动分析边界的选取提供参考. Taking a reciprocating compressor unit of an offshore platform as an example,the vibration response of the reciprocating compressor skid under different constraint boundary conditions is compared and analyzed by ANSYS software.The analysis results show that the vibration analysis of offshore platform component legs are used as the boundary reference and the less deviation of vibration analysis results when the column of offshore platform is taken as the boundary,the amount of calculation is small.It can provide references for the selection of vibration analysis boundary of reciprocating compressor skid on offshore platform.
