烟叶产业综合体的研究进展综述

Review on the Research Progress of Tobacco Industry Complex

烟叶产业综合体是在农业综合体的基础上提出的新概念,是探索烟叶转型升级、稳定核心烟区和烟农持续增收的新路径、新模式,是实现脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴的重要途径。本文回顾了烟叶产业综合体的发展历程,并与农业综合体和田园综合体的概念进行辨析,从已有研究中提炼出主要的基础理论,进一步对综合体的发展模式、组织运行模式进行归纳总结,为烟叶产业综合体今后的实践和推广提供了坚实的理论支撑和经验参考。最后,本文从研究方法、研究内容和研究视角提出现有研究的不足以及进一步研究的方向。

Tobacco industry complex is a new concept put forward based on agricultural complex.It is a new path and new mode to explore the transformation and upgrading of tobacco,stabilize the core tobacco area and continuously increase the income of tobacco farmers.It is also an important way to achieve poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.This paper reviewed the development process of tobacco industry complex,analyzeed the concepts of agricultural complex and pastoral complex,extracted the main basic theory from the existing research,and further summarized the development mode and organization operation mode of the complex,which provided a solid theoretical support and experience reference for the future practice and promotion of tobacco industry complex.Finally,this paper put forward the shortcomings of existing research and the direction of further research from the research methods,research content and research perspective.
