新医科背景下“递进式开放实验室项目”在医学生科研创新训练中的应用探索 被引量:4

Application and Exploration of“Progressive Open Laboratory Project”in Scientific Research and Innovation Training of Medical Students under the New Medical Background

摘要 目的探讨在新医科背景下开展“递进式开放实验室项目”在医学生科研创新能力培养中的应用效果。方法选取2015-2018级临床医学本科学生500人,其中完成项目的2015-2017级学生共400人,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组学生以个人兴趣为导向参与“开放实验室项目”,实验组学生按培训计划参与“递进式开放实验室项目”,项目进行过程中辅助运用实验教学微课及翻转课堂等教学方法。项目结束后,两组学生参与申请大学生创新训练计划项目及创新实验设计比赛。通过问卷调查、获得科研项目人数及获奖人数来评价对学生科研能力的培养效果。结果实验组学生对“递进式开放实验室项目”的满意度比较高;实验组获得科研项目人数及比赛获奖人数显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论“递进式开放实验室项目”能有效培养学生的科研兴趣和思路、帮助学生掌握动物实验操作技术、提高医学生的科研创新能力以及独立解决问题的能力,为“递进式开放实验室项目”在医学生科研能力培训中的应用提供借鉴和参考。 Objective To explore the application effect of the“progressive open laboratory project”in cultivating the scientific research innovation ability of clinical medical undergraduates in the context of new medical sciences.Methods 500 clinical and nursing undergraduates from grade 2015 to 2018 were randomly selected to participate in the project.Among them,400 students from grade 2015 to 2017 have completed the project.They were divided into experimental group and control group.Students of control group participated in the“open lab project”based on their personal interests.Students of experimental group participated in the“progressive open laboratory project”according to the training plan.In the course of the project,the micro-course and flipped classroom were assisted in experimental teaching.After the completion of the project,two groups of students participated in the application for the undergraduate innovation training program and the innovation experiment design competition.The effect of cultivating students’scientific research ability was evaluated by questionnaire survey and the number of students who got scientific research projects and the number of winners.Results Students in the experimental group were highly satisfied with the progressive open laboratory project.The number of scientific research project winners and contest winners in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion This study demonstrates that the“progressive open laboratory project”can effectively inspire students’scientific research interest and ideas,improve their skills of experimental animal operation,cultivate their independent research and problems solving abilities,and offer useful guides and references for its application in scientific research ability training for medical students.
