我国临床医学生医院感染防控实践教育的现状、问题与对策分析

Current Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Practical Education of Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection for Students Major in Clinical Medicine

在当前新型冠状病毒性肺炎疫情全球大流行的状况下,结合我国医院感染防控情况,分析临床医学生医院感染防控实践教育的现状及存在问题,探讨可能的原因,并在此基础上提出了解决途径与策略。指出,系统开设医院感染防控实践教育课程、编写针对临床医学生的医院感染防控实践教程、建立专门的医院感染防控实践教学中心、引入计算机虚拟仿真实践训练系统、建立严格的医院感染防控实践考核体系和岗前准入制度有助于提高临床医学生医院感染防控实践能力,为临床医学生走上工作岗位开展诊疗工作、做好医院感染防控提供保障,为我国各级医疗单位医院感染防控工作地顺利开展奠定基础,也为“健康中国”的建设贡献绵薄之力。

Current status and problems of practical education of prevention and control of nosocomial infection for students major in clinical medicine were analyzed and the probable cause was explored in details.On the basis,the solutions and countermeasures were proposed.Offering systematic practice education courses on prevention and control of nosocomial infection,compilation of related practice textbooks,establishment of practice education center of prevention and control of nosocomial infection,development of the training system of computer virtual reality,implementation of evaluation system and occupation access regulation,will be helpful to improve practical skills in prevention and control of nosocomial infection for students major in clinical medicine and guarantee security of patients,medical workers and hospitals.
