摘要
目的通过对ICU临床护士沟通技能培训后焦虑水平的调查分析,探索有针对性的沟通技能培训,以减轻ICU护士焦虑。方法利用基本信息调查表和相关量表对所有研究对象进行沟通技能及焦虑水平的调查,采用Excel软件建立数据库,使用统计软件SPSS 18.0进行统计分析。结果ICU护士沟通技能评分平均为(108.6±7.41)分。沟通技能未达到良好的护士比例为19.4%。干预前,焦虑评分平均为(44.9±0.86)分,最低29分,最高64分,针对存在的主要沟通问题进行培训,干预后3个月及6个月,干预组焦虑评分平均分别为(37.64±6.38)分和(34.61±6.38)分,而对照组焦虑评分在干预后3个月和6个月时平均为(42.39±6.73)分和(39.58±6.84)分,焦虑改善有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU护士中针对问题开展沟通技能培训可有效地改善其焦虑状况,建议应当将其纳入ICU护士常规培训中,以改善护士职业健康,提高工作绩效。
Objective Through the investigation and analysis of the anxiety level of ICU clinical nurses after communication skills training,this study explored the impact of targeted communication skills training on reducing the anxiety of ICU nurses.Methods The basic information questionnaire and related scales were used to investigate the communication skills and anxiety level of all subjects.Excel software was used to establish a database,and SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results The average score of ICU nurses’communication skills was 108.6±7.41.The proportion of nurses with poor communication skills was 19.4%.Before the intervention,the average anxiety score was 44.9±0.86 points,the lowest was 29 points,and the highest was 64 points.After the training for the main communication problems,the average anxiety score of the intervention group was 37.64±6.38 points and 34.61±6.38 points,respectively,3 and 6 months after the intervention.Anxiety scores in the control group averaged 42.39±6.73 and 39.58±6.84 points at 3 and 6 months after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The communication skills training can effectively improve the anxiety status of ICU nurses,and it is suggested that it should be included in the routine training of ICU nurses to improve the occupational health of nurses and improve their work performance.
