临床医学本科留学生的汉语学习意愿及其影响因素调查

Current Status and Influencing Factors of Chinese Learning Willingness and Its Influencing Factors for MBBS Students

目的调查当前临床医学本科留学生的汉语学习意愿,探讨汉语教学实践中影响留学生汉语学习意愿的可控因素,提出参考和改进建议。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取辽宁省某医科大学2015-2019级所有在籍MBBS学生进行问卷调查。结果低学年、临床实习拟选择中国、认为汉语课程的教学设置合理和成绩评定方式有效的医学留学生汉语学习意愿更强(P<0.05)。结论世界范围内的疫情下增加了未来汉语用途的不确定性,对临床医学本科留学生的汉语学习意愿也提出了更高的要求,应根据医学留学生对汉语的真实需求,最大化适应学生汉语学习规律,探索与线上教学特点相适应的教学组织、教学内容、考试评估、授课方法和形式。

Objective To investigate the current Chinese language learning willingness of international clinical medicine undergraduate students,explore the controllable factors that affect the Chinese language learning willingness of international students in Chinese teaching practice,and put forward suggestions for reference and improvement.Methods The questionnaire survey was conducted among all MBBS students of grade 2015 to 2019 in a Medical University of Liaoning Province through convenience sampling.Results The MBBS students with low academic year,clinical practice plan to choose China,who held the view held that the teaching setting of Chinese course was reasonable and the performance evaluation method was effective,have stronger willingness to learn Chinese(P<0.05).Conclusion The worldwide epidemic has increased the uncertainty of the future use of Chinese,and put forward higher requirements for the Chinese learning willingness of clinical medical undergraduate students.According to the real needs of foreign medical students for Chinese,we should try our best to adapt to the Chinese learning rules of foreign medical students,and explore the teaching organization,teaching content,examination evaluation,teaching methods and forms suitable for the characteristics of online teaching.
