我国玉米加工产业空间集聚特征及成因研究

Study on spatial agglomeration characteristics and causes of corn processing industry in China

基于国家粮油信息中心月度数据,使用产业集中度和区位商对我国玉米加工产业的空间集聚特征及成因进行研究。研究发现,近年来随着我国居民膳食结构的变化和玉米工业的扩张,玉米加工消费显著增加,其空间集聚特征为:从产业集中度分析结果来看,玉米饲料产业集中度略有降低但玉米工业产业集中度显著提升;从区位商分析结果来看,玉米饲料产业区位优势显著,玉米工业产业核心产区集聚特征突出。在全球多重风险影响、玉米加工产业玉米消费趋势刚性增长背景下,为提升我国玉米加工产业竞争力和可持续发展能力,建议提高玉米产业集约化程度、实现更高层次粮食安全,设立玉米综合产业园、充分发挥产业集聚优势,适度增加玉米种植面积,扩大国内玉米供给。

This study is based on the monthly data of the National Grain and Oil information Center,using the industrial concentration and location quotient to analyse the characteristics and causes of spatial agglomeration. The study has found,in recent years,with change of dietary structure of Chinese consumers,the consumption of corn processing products has increased significantly,and spatial agglomeration is seem firstly from the analysis of industrial concentration,which the corn feed industry concentration has decreased slightly but the concentration of corn industry increased significantly;secondly,from the analysis of location quotient,the location advantage of feed industry is significant,the industrial core production location of institutional thickness is featured prominent. Under the background of global multi-risk influence and the rigid growth of corn consumption trend in corn processing industry,in order to strengthen the competitiveness of China’s corn processing industry and it’s sustainable development capacity,it is suggested to improve the intensity of corn industry and to achieve higher level food security,and to setup corn comprehensive industrial park,giving full play to the advantage of spatial agglomeration,appropriately increase the corn planting area,and expand domestic corn supply.
