基于互联网+微信平台的远程康复指导在脑卒中患者出院后的应用

The Long-Range Guidance Application of Internet plus WeChat Platform in Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients after Discharge

目的:探讨基于互联网+微信平台的远程康复指导对脑卒中患者出院后的自我管理能力、康复训练依从性、综合生活质量等方面的影响。方法:将100例脑卒中患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,在出院前均进行康复功能评定,针对性地对每位患者制定出院计划、血压血糖监测、安全用药指导、饮食营养及康复训练处方;出院后对照组给予常规随访,干预组在此基础上通过互联网+微信平台教育继续远程指导患者康复训练,并监督患者日常服药情况、慢性病自我管理及自我康复训练的执行情况,在出院当日、出院3个月后分别采用脑卒中自我管理能力量表、脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性问卷、生存质量量表来评估患者状况。结果:出院3个月后,两组患者评分均有提高,且干预组提高程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过互联网+微信平台,可以在患者出院后远程指导康复训练,从而提高患者的慢性病自我管理能力、增加功能锻炼依从性,改善患者的综合生活质量,有利于患者出院后的自我康复。

Objective:To explore the long-range guidance application of Internet plus We Chat platform on self-management ability,rehabilitation training compliance and comprehensive quality of life of stroke patients after discharge.Methods:100 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into intervention group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The rehabilitation function of the two groups was evaluated before discharge,including discharge plan,blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring,safe medication guidance,diet and nutrition and rehabilitation training prescription.After discharge,the control group was given routine follow-up.On this basis,the intervention group continued to guide the rehabilitation training of patients through Internet plus We Chat platform,and supervised the implementation of self-management and self-rehabilitation training.Before discharge and 3 months after discharge,stroke self-management ability scale,functional exercise compliance questionnaire and quality of life scale were used to evaluate the status of patients.Results:After 3 months,the scores of the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Through Internet plus We Chat platform,we can improve the self-management ability of stroke patients,increase the compliance of functional exercise,improve the comprehensive quality of life of patients,and is conducive to the self-healing of patients after discharge.
