郑氏“金钩钓鱼”针法治疗顽固性呃逆1例

A Case of Intractable Hiccup Treated by Zheng’s"Jingou Diaoyu Acupuncture"

介绍采用郑氏"金钩钓鱼"针法针刺攒竹穴、华佗夹脊穴、背俞穴治疗顽固性呃逆1例。顽固性呃逆归属于中医学"呃逆"范畴,证属胃气上逆,肝郁气滞。治疗上以和胃降逆、疏肝理气为主,选用郑氏"金钩钓鱼"针法。郑氏"金钩钓鱼"针法具有疏经通络止痛、行气散气作用,适用于一切气滞血瘀病证。

To introduce a case of intractable hiccup was treated by Zheng’s"Jingou Diaoyu Acupuncture"at Cuanzhu,Huatuo Jiaji points and Beishu points.Intractable hiccup belongs to the category of"hiccup"in traditional Chinese medicine,which is characterized by stomach qi ascending and liver qi stagnation.Zheng’s"Jingou Diaoyu Acupuncture"was used for treatment.Zheng’s"Jingou Diaoyu Acupuncture"has the functions of dredging meridians,dredging collaterals,relieving pain,promoting qi and dispersing qi,which is suitable for all qi stagnation and blood stasis diseases.
