摘要
简述卫星林火监测的发展、应用现状,分析目前极轨气象卫星林火监测系统的不足和静止气象卫星应用于林火监测的优势。从浙江省森林火灾基本情况出发,提出基于静止气象卫星构建卫星林火监测系统,实现全天候、高频次、全覆盖等监测目标的基本思路。
This paper briefly describes the development and application status of satellite forest fire monitoring,and analyzes the shortcomings of Polar Orbiting Meteorological Satellite Forest Fire Monitoring System and the advantages of static meteorological satellite in forest fire monitoring.Based on the basic situation of forest fire in Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward the basic idea of constructing Satellite Forest Fire Monitoring System based on geostationary meteorological satellite to realize the monitoring objectives of all-weather,high frequency and full coverage.
