纤维在低渗透油藏压裂控砂中的应用试验

摘要 为了有效克服江汉油区低渗透、超低渗透致密砂岩油藏压裂返排出砂现象,开展纤维控砂压裂技术研究。该研究通过在加砂后期阶段将纤维与支撑剂混合注入地层的纤维控砂技术先导试验,获得了使支撑剂固定在油藏原来位置而流体则能畅通地流动,有效防止支撑剂在排液过程中、采油初期阶段随流体返出的良好工程效果,并获得压后油井增产稳产的地质效果。基于支撑剂导流影响验证试验成果,推定该技术可应用于页岩气井压裂,助力页岩气绿色生产。 In order to effectively reduce sand production during flowback of fracking fluids in low-permeability and ultra-low-permeability tight sandstone reservoirs in Jianghan oil area,the research on fiber-controlled sand fracturing technology was carried out.The fiber-controlled sand pilot test was to conduct the mixed injection of fibers and proppants into the formation during the late sand-adding stage to settle the proppants in place in the reservoir without affecting the fluids to flow smoothly,so as to effectively prevent the proppants from drainage along with the fluids at the early production and obtain stable production increase after fracturing.In terms of the verification test results influenced by the proppant diversion,this technology can be applied to shale gas well fracturing to facilitate green production of shale gas.
