摘要
为了明确不同井型页岩气井井筒流动规律和临界携液流量计算方法,采用数值模拟手段,模拟页岩气水平井井筒流动,获得不同井型气井携液机理与积液规律。优选了振荡式冲击携液模型作为页岩气水平井临界携液气量计算模型,并进行模型验证。结论认为,数值模拟结果能够有效反映气井携液过程,振荡式冲击携液模型诊断结果符合实际,可为气井合理配产、管柱优选和排采工艺介入时机提供指导。
In order to determine the wellbore flow pattern and the calculation method of critical liquid-carrying flow in different types of shale gas wells,a numerical simulation method was used to simulate the wellbore flow of horizontal shale gas wells,so as to obtain their liquid-carrying mechanism and liquid accumulation law.The oscillating impact liquid-carrying model is picked as the calculation model for critical liquid-carrying gas content of horizontal shale gas wells,and the model verification is carried out.It is concluded that the numerical simulation results can effectively reflect the fluid-carrying process of gas wells,and the diagnostic results of the oscillating impack fluid-carrying model are consistent with the field,which can provide guidance for rational production allocation,string selection and intervention window of drainage and production technology in gas wells.
