延长注水井检管周期的现场管理方法探讨

On the Field Management Method for Extending Inspection Period of an Injection Well

随着油田开发时间的延长,注水井的井况越加复杂,水井长周期生产已是常态。为避免水井作业时会出现油管结垢严重、砂卡提不动,还有由于腐蚀严重而断脱落井造成的大修甚至封井的情况发生,应从水质管理、井筒管理、地面管理和新技术新方法应用等方面综合考虑,制定延长注水井检管周期的配套管理办法,这些措施方法应用于生产实际中,取得了较好的效果。

With the extension of oilfield development,the conditions of water injection wells become more and more complex,and their long period of production is normalcy.To avoid such occurrences as severe scaling in tubing of a water well,sand sticking,and overhaul due to severe corrosion or tubular break-off,a complete set of strategies are established to extend the tubing inspection period of the water injection well by incorporating the management of water quality,wellbore and surface as well as new technologies and new methods.These strategies were applied to actual production,with the good results obtained.
