在当前高度信息化的时代,推进基层党建信息化建设既是落实全面从严治党向基层延伸的客观需求,也是党建工作改革创新的必然要求。分析基层党建信息化建设发展面临的现状,并从思想观念、平台建设、时间和精力投入、创新工作方法、配套管理机制等方面进行深入剖析,认为要持续抓好基层党建信息化建设,就要不断扭转思想观念、强化组织领导、培养储备人才、创新工作方法。

In the current informationized era,promoting the informationization of the primary-level party building is not only the objective need of the implementation of the comprehensive strict governance of the party to extend to the primary-level level,but also the inevitable need of the reform and innovation of the party building.Based on the analysis of the development status quo of the informatization of the primary-level party building,and the in-depth analysis from the ideology,the platform building,time and energy investment,innovative work methods and a complete set of management mechanism,we believe that to keep updating ideology,strengthen regular leadership,cultivate and reserve talents,and innovate work methods is a key to maintaining the effective informationization of the primary-level party building.
