摘要
加强员工心理健康服务对促进企业和谐发展、员工队伍稳定、员工素质提升具有现实的重要意义。在工作实践中,一是组建员工心理关爱行动小组,有序开展员工心理关爱工作;二是依托员工心理健康服务心灵驿站,开展多样化关爱服务;三是以员工读书活动为栽体,开展全民心理健康主题读书活动;四是坚持以问题为导向主动作为,积极开展员工心理危机干预。
To strengthen the employees mental health services is of significance to promote the harmonious development of enterprises,the team stability and quality of employees.The relevant measures are taken:first,establishing the employees mental care group for their mental care services;second,relying on the mind relay station for the employees mental health to carry out a variety of care services;third,using the employees reading activities as the carrier to carry out the reading activities of the national mental health theme;Fourth,adhering to the problem-oriented initiative to vigorously carry out the mental crisis intervention of employees.
