摘要
为了实现一手抓传统产业转型升级、一手抓战略性新兴产业发展壮大,推动制造业加速向数字化、智能化、网络化发展,促进产业结构转型升级下的中小企业人力资源管理优化,克服阻碍企业产业结构转型升级的有关进程,提出了绿色人力资源管理新模式之和实践路径,供国内同行借鉴。
In order to realize both the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the strategic emerging industry development,this article puts forward the green human resource management pattern and the realization path,so as to propel the manufacturing speed to digital,intelligent and networked development,promote the optimization of human resources management in the small and medium-sized enterprises under the transformation and upgrading of indus-trial structure,and to overcome obstacles enterprise transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.
